A Bible School study on the Book of Revelation led by Pastor Jan-Hendrik will run for 10 weeks starting Mon, Oct 1 at 7 pm til Dec 3.
A Small Group Study on ‘What on Earth Am I Here For?’ will start in October.
Chapel Services at the Dr. Green Memorial Home are conducted at 10 am on the third Tuesday of the month. Everyone is invited to support these chapel services by joining in the singing of old familiar hymns, and drinking coffee and socializing with the residents of the home after the service.
Every 2nd Wednesday finds a group of volunteers from Knox preparing and serving breakfast at the United Church Hall. Organizational meetings are held after the morning worship service two Sundays prior.
Volunteering is a ministry very appreciated in our church community, and is faithfully and quietly carried out by those serving coffee and refreshments after church services, greeting attendees at the door, maintaining the church property and building, helping with cleanup, looking after wee ones in the nursery, assisting in the library, sending cards, and in many other ways that enrich the life of congregation during the year.
