Knox Presbyterian Church exist to bring glory to God and to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, calling people of all ages to become disciples of Jesus, our Saviour and our Lord. The Bible, as the Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit, is our only infallible standard for what we believe and how we live. Our worship services are rooted in the sovereignty and grace of God; in biblical, Christ-centered preaching; and in blended forms of liturgy and music, both traditional and contemporary.
We desire to care and share in our life together and to reach out to our community and beyond with the message of forgiveness and new life in Christ. We view the congregation as a family, which is a part of the much larger family of God, the Church of Jesus.
We give priority to strengthening and supporting all the families that together form our congregation. When we all come together and when we meet in small groups, we highly value the means of grace—the sacraments of baptism and the Lord’s Supper, preaching, Bible reading, memory and study, prayer, teaching and Christian fellowship. The leaders of Knox have the responsibility to equip the members to do the work of the ministry
